Instructions
- Cut your PVC pipe into seven 17” long sections.
-
Sand the rough edges until they’re smooth. Continue to sand the rest of each pipe to remove dirt and any markings that you don’t like.
- Wipe the pipes off with a damp cloth and dry them.
-
Tape off your stripes on each piece of pipe using blue painter’s tape.
-
Spray paint the pipes with Krylon® Fusion® and let them dry.
-
Squeeze some E-6000 in the bottom of each cap and put one on each piece of pipe.
-
Bunch all of the pipes together and wrap elastic tightly around the bunch, securing the ends with a straight pin. Then, glue in to place with a hot glue gun.
- Arrange your pipes, fill them with water, and add flowers.
