Make your costume with pieces compatible with corresponding spray paint. The featured costume is made from household odds and ends including plastic storage containers (main body and antenna bases), sports pads (leg covers), tissue boxes (feet), a bike helmet (hat), chopsticks (antennae), rubber balls (antenna tips), CDs (front disc detailing), thermal tubing (arms), an old circuit board (body detail) and battery-operated holiday lights (body detail).

To achieve the featured look, spray paint the main body and feet with Krylon Fusion All-In-One Metallic Satin Nickel, staying 8-10 inches away to avoid drips. Recoat until you achieve the desired finish, waiting 1 minute between coats.

Repeat this process with Krylon Shimmer Metallic Candy Blue Razz on the leg covers and antenna tips, Krylon Fusion All-In-One Gloss Sunbeam on the helmet, and Krylon Fusion All-In-One Gloss Red Pepper on the antenna base and front disc detailing
