Modern Makeover Glass Vases

Learn how to turn simple glass vases into decorative accents that will give your home décor a unique modern chic using spray paint.

Spray the entire inside of the glass vase with the Krylon Silver General Purpose Metallic paint and let dry
Tape one end of the curling ribbon to the inside lip of the vase opening
Wind the ribbon tightly around the vase, creating a spiral or crisscross design (or you can create any design you like with ribbon, lace or any other design element.)
Tape ribbon in place at the base of the vase
Cover opening of the vase with scrap paper to protect from overspray reaching the inside of the vase
Coat vase exterior with Krylon Red Stained Glass spray paint
Let spray paint dry completely
Remove tape from the vase, unwind ribbon and discard
