Instructions

Spray Stained Glass Color in red and blue onto two transparencies. Let dry.

Using die cut machine, cut title from white cardstock.

Cut transparencies into 1" strips. Align on white cardstock.

Cut white 1/8" × 12" white cardstock. Adhere on top of strips. Add mini glue dots under white strips, and under red and blue strips.

Spray Preserve It! on photo, let dry. Using Spray Adhesive, matt photos with white cardstock. Adhere to layout.

Add title as shown.
