In a well-ventilated space, cover a flat surface with a drop cloth or tarp.

Before starting, read the Krylon labels for safety, application, and dry time instructions.

Place grill on the covered surface.

Using painter's tape, cover grill handle and side tray to avoid overspray.

Spray paint the body and legs of the grill using Krylon® High Heat Max in Black. Be careful not to spray paint any cooking surfaces.

Recoat within 4 hours or after 4 days. Apply 3 coats to achieve pictured look.

Allow grill 1 hour after final coat to dry fully.

Remove painter's tape from grill handle and side tray.

Using painter's tape, cover the area surrounding the grill handle and side tray to avoid overspray.

Spray paint the grill handle and side table of the grill using Krylon® COLORmaxx in Satin Island Splash.

Recoat before 4 hours or after 24 hours.

Allow grill handle and side table 1 hour to fully dry.

Remove painter's tape from the grill.

Enjoy! Your grill is now protected against rust and able to withstand temperatures of up to 1200° F.
