Is there anything a metal shelving unit can’t do? Whether you’re looking for a kitchen organizer or a patio statement piece, a few coats of Fusion All-In-One® will surely have those shelves in ship shape.
Step 1: Set Up Your Station.
Set up a spray paint area by covering your work space with a drop cloth. Be careful about overspray—cover nearby objects with cloth or paper, to keep them clean. Make sure that the space is well-ventilated. Before beginning your project, read the label for safety and application instructions, and follow them accordingly.
Step 2: Prepare Surface.
Wipe the shelving unit down with a damp rag to remove any dirt or dust. Allow the surface to fully dry.
Step 3: Shake.
Shake the can of Krylon® Fusion All-In-One® Gloss Patriotic Blue thoroughly, for at least two minutes.
Step 4: Spray.
Spray down the metal shelves. For best results, apply light, even coats in a sweeping motion with slight overlap, starting and ending each spray stroke off the project. Allow your project to fully dry before use.
Step 5: Assemble.
Once your projects has dried completely, start setting up your stuff! Whether you’re storing pots and pans in your kitchen, toys in a bedroom, or plants on the patio, you’re sure to wind up with a storage solution that makes a statement.
