In a well-ventilated space, cover a flat surface with a drop cloth or tarp.
Before starting, read the Krylon® labels for safety, application, and dry time instructions.
In an area separate from where you will spray paint, use a clean rag to remove any dirt or debris from the mirror’s frame, ensuring that the surface is clean, dull, and dry before painting.
Place the mirror on the drop cloth and cover the mirror’s glass using newspaper and painter’s tape, leaving only the frame uncovered.
Using Krylon® Fusion All-In-One™ in Satin White, spray paint the mirror’s frame.
When the spray paint is dry to the touch, remove the painter’s tape to avoid any chipping or peeling and allow the spray paint to dry fully before moving on to the next step.
When the spray paint is completely dry, re-cover the mirror with painter’s tape and newspaper.
Using a high-quality paint brush, apply Krylon Glitter Finish in Iridescent to the mirror’s frame on top of the Fusion All-In-One™. For buildable coverage, apply 1, 2, or 3 coats of Glitter Finish. The more coats applied, the more opaque the Glitter Finish will appear.
When you are satisfied with the Glitter Finish coverage, allow the paint to dry to the touch before removing the painter’s tape and newspaper.
Place your mirror in a sunny spot and enjoy the iridescent finish every time you walk by!
